Financial Implications:

The Law Practice Ltd offers you a High Street service at an On-line price

When a married couple decide to start divorce proceedings there will probably be a need to consult a divorce solicitor to deal with splitting of the finances and to seek advice on any outstanding financial issues.  Whether there is a house to be disposed of, savings to be divided, life insurance to be considered or simply an agreement to be embodied into a contract, we at The Law Practice Ltd are able to help.

Matrimonial finances can be extremely complex and most cases will require what is known as a Clean Break Consent Agreement.  Without such an agreement being put in place, a divorced couple may leave themselves open to a future claim from their ex-spouse, whether it is one year or ten years after the divorce has been finalised.

For further advice and assistance from a fully qualified Matrimonial Solicitor please telephone on freephone 08006129318 or visit our Contact Us form and we will call you back.
